Calling Artists

I've said it before, I'm no artist.  I think that's pretty evident looking at the comic.  But I've tried to get by, speed-up, learn, grow, yada yada.  This has been the biggest slowdown for the comic, affects a lot of the late updates, and holds the comic back in a lot of ways I feel.   I'm not saying its all awful these days, but there's room for improvement.

So, I've toyed with asking another person to join on before. It's hard, this is a story in my head and I'm also socially anxious with people I've never met before.   But, today, I decided I should pull the trigger.  Life has too many things pulling me too many directions and I don't want the comic to suffer for it.

NOTE:  The rest of this scene, or chapter, will be finished out by me either way.  If someone joins on, this should give them some buffer time.   Also, I will continue to do the text updates by myself, and this should give me more time to finish up some freebie stuff, like desktops.

----------------------

If you're a visual artist interested in becoming part of the team, here's what I'm looking for:
  - Non-cartoony :   Needn't be hyperrealist.  Just be aware that the world is something like a 'real world', so less anime, less body-contortion (ala Adv. Time or Hark, A Vagrant)
  - Able to do *2* comic pages a week :    I don't mind helping with this. I can help by still doing some of the color, doing the line art, or doing all the speech.
  - Be at least as good as me :   Or close. I don't feel like this is too high of a bar...
  - Take it seriously :   I want it to be fun for both of us.  I have no interest in being a dictator, so I want someone who I can feel is a partner.  That means, updates on time (within reason) and making part of the storytelling your own.  This world is all laid out, the overall story is set,  about 50 characters have already been concepted.  We should be able to twist some of that once you're comfortable so that we can build something together.

Those are the basics.  If you're interested, email me some relevant artwork or a link to your site that has some.**   You can PM through Comicfury or just email it straight to eworfle@eworfle.com
If you know someone who might be interested, tell them to check out the site. See if they'd like to make the story shine.

**Bonus points if you do something involving Crafter characters. If you go this route, feel free to send me a link to your website you want linked to.  I'll put up any of these submissions that aren't 'The One' as fanart with credits.
